 Weekend Retreats Schedule

The main intention of all our retreats is to assist in the establishment or deepening of a daily practice for all who join us. Through daily focused attention you can reach a state of fulfillment and being a beneficial part of humanity. Enjoy complete instruction in Hatha Yoga, meditation, and more through study of the 12 Principles of Sat Manav Yoga. Experience it all! With perfect assembly and a comprehensive overview of each topic, your Yoga or spiritual practice will be deepened, experienced or beginner! Welcome to our yogic experience! 8:00 - 9:00 Open meditation with Hridaya Residents

6:00-8:00 Open Yoga Practice with Hridaya Residents

8:15-10:15 Yoga intensive

11:00 Yogi Brunch

11:30-12:30 Optional: Nadi Vaidyum  (yoga system for removal of the subtle channels blockages) or Karma Yoga

12:30-1:45 Workshop on the weekend's topic

2:00-3:15  Optional: Nadi Vaidyum  (yoga system for removal of the subtle channels blockages) / Pradakshina/Free time

3:30-5:00 Yoga intensive on Hatha Yoga

5:30-6:00 Yogi dinner

6:15-7:00 Karma Yoga

7:00-7:50 Free time

8:00-9:00 Evening meditation
