Come to enjoy a full weekend based on meditation and improve your practice, or if you are a beginner come to start your firsts step towards a more fulfilling life!

6:15-7:15 Retreat Introduction 

8:00 - 9:00 Open meditation with Hridaya Residents

Saturday

6:00-8:00 Open practice with Hermitage residents

8:15-10:15 Yoga intensive

10:45 Yogi Brunch

11:30-12:30  Optional:   Nadi Vaidyum  (yoga system for removal of the subtle channels blockages)/Karma Yoga

12:30-1:45 Workshop on Meditational aspects of Sat Manava Yoga

2:00-3:15   Optional: Nadi Vaidyum  (yoga system for removal of the subtle channels blockages) / Pradakshina/Free time

3:30-5:00 Yoga intensive on Meditation

5:30-6:00 Yogi dinner

6:15-7:00 Karma Yoga

7:00-7:50 Free time

8:00-9:00 Evening meditation
