Enjoy a weekend where we will emphasize the Hatha (physical) aspects of Sat Manava Yoga. Learn, or deepen your abilities in, Pranayams (breath movement), Asanas (poses), Mudras (energetic configurations), Bhandas (energetic locks) and all aspects of Hatha Yoga.

6:15-7:15 Retreat Introduction 

8:00 - 9:00 Open meditation with Hridaya Residents

Saturday

6:00-8:00 Open practice with Hermitage residents

8:15-10:15 Yoga intensive

10:45 Yogi Brunch

11:30-12:30 Optional: Nadi Vaidyum  (yoga system for removal of the subtle channels blockages) or Karma Yoga

12:30-1:45 Workshop on Hatha (physical) aspects of Sat Manava Yoga

2:00-3:15  Optional: Nadi Vaidyum  (yoga system for removal of the subtle channels blockages) / Pradakshina/Free time

3:30-5:00 Yoga intensive on Hatha Yoga

5:30-6:00 Yogi dinner

6:15-7:00 Karma Yoga

7:00-7:50 Free time

8:00-9:00 Evening meditation
